Eight episodes for children aged 6 to 8, hosted by Ben, an eight-year-old boy who finds everything out alongside the child. The course runs on a timeline drawn broken on purpose, with the cut marked and explained out loud, because the cave hands are almost ten thousand years old and seven of the eight stops sit in the last six hundred years. It travels from paint blown around a hand in the dark, through the Egyptian rule that lasted three thousand years, the Greek statue that looks about to move, the gold background that flickers by candlelight, the vanishing point discovered in Florence, one light in a dark room, the brushstroke that stops hiding, and a painting that is of nothing at all and still makes you feel something.
