Welcome to WBF Academy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WBF Academy website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute course content, questions, tips, or videos; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or (e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription ("Pro"). Prices, billing cycles, and renewal terms are shown at the point of purchase. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's terms; renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content provided by WBF Academy — including courses, questions, tips, videos, text, graphics, and software — are owned by WBF Academy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal, non-commercial learning.

6. Certificates and Badges

Certificates and badges issued by the Service recognize completion of in-app assessments. They are not accredited academic or professional credentials and carry no guarantee of employment or qualification.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is accurate or complete.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WBF Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct that we believe harms the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
